We have an internship available for university graduates within Elwin Street Productions’ editorial department, reporting to the publishing director.
The internship at Elwin Street Productions involves a varied and diverse range of activities across a number of different projects; including conducting initial research on new projects, picture research, copy writing, proofreading, printing and preparing material and liaison with authors, editors and freelancers. We are looking for candidates who are organised, professional, computer literate (Mac) and experience of InDesign extremely useful.
We are a small, busy office and you will be expected to work efficiently and contribute to general office administration such as answering the telephone, booking couriers etc. Some office experience and initiative preferred.
Internships last for the duration of 4 weeks part-time 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Hours are generally 9.30-5.30pm but can be flexible. The internship is unpaid; travel expenses for up to £50 per week will be reimbursed.
