The role
• Preparing and sending out mailings
• Processing returns and filing paperwork accordingly

As International Sales Assistant your role will be varied and busy – from liaising with production teams to print bespoke books to fit a customer brief, to providing administrative support including managing invoicing of orders and collating sales and data reports in Business Objects, B3, and Vista.

You’ll connect and work closely with overseas customers and colleagues across the business – from editorial, marketing and publicity through to sales ops, inventory, production and distribution. You’ll answer customer queries with the advice of the sales, operations, and customer service team.

Rights Assistant @ PRH (Adult Division)

Once deals have been made, you’ll work with customers to see their orders through to delivery of finished books. You’ll also keep track of co-edition and rights sales, generating reports and other relevant analysis for the rest of the team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for authors, agents and other external customers for rights queries, and you’ll also work closely with internal contracts team to process commercial agreements.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will range from preparing book information sheets, creating artwork for leaflets, advertisements and seasonal catalogues, and assisting with events, exhibitions and market research. You will be promoting a portfolio of Catholic books and educational resources; working with colleagues at all levels within the company and will receive support from a friendly and accommodating team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a talent for creating eye catching marketing materials for print, digital and online campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is well organised, ideally with some experience of publishing or creative design. You will enjoy a busy varied workload. A keen eye for detail is important, as is knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop. Experience of copy writing and proof reading would be desirable.
